Scallops Pan Fried
Fresh store bought scallops pan fried in vegetable or canola oil.
Ingredients For This Recipe
Fresh scallops from your local fish market or grocery store and 1 tablespoon of oil for frying.
Like shrimp, scallops are usually available in a variety of sizes. Although the smaller sized scallops are often cheaper to buy, they really don't compare to the larger sized
scallops for taste. And, larger scallops are ideal if you want to wrap them with popular ingredients like bacon.
Cook Your Scallops
Scallops are easy to pan fry. Just add the oil to your fry pan and then cook the scallops on medium heat till browned on each side. Cook about 5 minutes per side.
